RmKV Bonus, our customer rewards program, is yet another effort to give more delight to valuable customers like you. Your loyalty card will enable you to earn shopping points which can be accumulated and redeemed against future purchases at any of our stores.

BONUS POINT SCHEME FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
The customer will earn two (2) points for every Rs.100 of purchase.
A combined
online purchase involving products from 3 or more categories (for example Sarees,
Men’s Wear, and Women’s Wear sections) will earn 25% additional points on the total
earned basic points.
An additional 500 points will be earned for every Rs.100,000
of purchase.
Points will be computed and accrued only at the
end of every English
calendar month, and will be
based on product value only, excluding shipping and
other charges.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions explain the nature and scope of the relationship between
Rm.K.Visvanatha Pillai & Sons “RmKV” (as owner and management of the program)
and a member of ‘RmKV Bonus’ loyalty program. The terms and conditions cover limitations
and exclusions on the liability of RmKV, RmKV Bonus program and the customers.

1 Definitions |
1.1 "RmKV" shall mean Rm.K.Visvanatha Pillai & Sons, its group firms and such
expression shall, unless it is repugnant to the subject or context thereof, include
its successors, assigns, representatives and transferees.
1.2 "RmKV Bonus" means
a customer reward program issued throughout Bonus customer rewards program, managed
and operated by RmKV, offering benefits to customers by reason of their membership
into the program, whereby certain reward points are accumulated on every purchase
activity made by customers from RmKV branches and website & such reward points
may be used by the customer for redemption within RmKV branches. A card given to
members under the RmKV Bonus program shall be the property of RmKV where a unique
membership id is given to every member.
1.3 "RmKV Bonus member" means a customer
as defined above, who is enrolled as a member of RmKV Bonus program holding a valid
RmKV Bonus card.
1.4 RmKV Bonus basic point is the unit of currency for the program.
Members' are awarded RmKV Bonus reward points for purchase activities within the
RmKV branches or website as per the specified rewards’ guidelines.
1.5 "Redemption"
means any activity, which results in exchange of reward points by a member for rewards,
as specified in rewards structure.

2 General Conditions |
2.1 Membership into RmKV Bonus program is voluntary, open to customers with a valid
mailing address above the age of 18 and eligible as per the rules laid down by business.
These rules are subject to change.
2.2 A RmKV Bonus membership is valid for lifetime of the member unless terminated
in terms thereof.
2.3 A RmKV Bonus card is not a credit card or a debit card or a prepaid card. It
is not a payment instrument.
2.4 RmKV Bonus card and thereof reward points are non-transferable.
2.5 RmKV Bonus card at all times remains the property of RmKV, which reserves the
right at any time in its absolute discretion and after informing such member regarding
withdrawal of the membership and benefits arising out of the same. The member must
return his/her RmKV Bonus card without delay whenever requested by RmKV.
2.6 When a member seeks to use or obtain any of the services, benefits, facilities
and arrangements as offered by the RMKV Bonus program, the provisions of such services,
benefits, facilities or arrangements will be subject to the respective terms and
conditions.
2.7 The program of RmKV Bonus may be modified at the sole discretion of RmKV from
time to time and would be intimated to members.
2.8 RmKV shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations
under this agreement due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts
of god of similar nature, war strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial
policies/intervention/direction/prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons
beyond its control.
2.9 Members are requested to present the membership card in person at the time of
any purchases at any of our branches.
2.10 Loss of card shall be the sole responsibility of the member and such loss should
be intimated to RmKV immediately. RmKV would not be responsible for any use of the
lost/stolen card of any member.
2.11 Disputes, if any, the same will be referred to an Arbitrator appointed by RmKV
and the proceedings of Arbitrator would be governed by the provisions of Arbitration
& Conciliation Act of India, 1996.

3 Redemption Terms & conditions |
3.1 Redemption of reward points is allowed only on presentation of permanent card,
for every 2 points the member will get Re. 1
3.2 Points accumulated till the end of previous day are only redeemable. They are
redeemable only against products available at RmKV Branches for minimum and multiples
of 100 points.
3.3 Redemption vouchers once given to card members cannot be canceled or withdrawn
or changed.
3.4 On redemption, the points would automatically be subtracted from the accumulated
points in the member's account.
3.5 All ad hoc bonuses as per the rewards plan are given further to the basic points
a member earns in a day.
3.6 RmKV reserves the right to update the points system at any time if it deems
any future circumstance warrant such a decision.
3.7 RmKV reserves the right to change or cancel the RmKV Bonus program without prior
notice. Redemption claims submitted prior to the effective date of the change or
cancellation of the RmKV’ Bonus program will still be honored within a 90-day time
limit.
3.8 Redemption voucher is not refundable, exchangeable, transferable or redeemable
for cash.
3.9 The voucher holder will be entitled to earn reward points for the transaction
value.
3.10 No claims will be entertained for lost or stolen redemption vouchers.
3.11 Voucher must be used in full value. The company will not refund any unused
balance.

relevant we may solicit information from the members from time to time. This is
solely for the purpose of making the program more and more meaningful. We are committed
to protecting the privacy of our members and their transactions.
Protection of customer data is our priority and RmKV safeguards your data by:

1 Setting policies and procedures for carefully handling your information;
2 Limiting access to sensitive information;
3 Protecting against unauthorised access to customer data using sophisticated technology;
4 Requiring service providers to comply with privacy laws;

We collect and use various types of information to service your accounts, save your
time and money and better respond to your needs. Following categories of information
we seek from you:

1 Members will need to provide us with the basic personal identification information,
wherever required, to avail of all the benefits associated with the program. Enrolment
in the RmKV Bonus Program is contingent upon your agreeing to the Terms of Service
and providing basic registration information, including: first and last name, e-mail
address, date of birth, gender, mailing address, marital status and necessary demographic
and occupation details.
2 Apart from the above we shall also solicit and collect from the members from time
to time details on their preferences, subscription to particular offers and other
promotional activities we do. The decision to participate in such activities is
at the sole discretion of the member.
3 From time to time we shall ask the members to update their contact & personal
information with the program. This is to help keep you updated on any program changes
and enhancements. We shall not be liable for any failure to notify you of program
changes if you fail to update such information in a timely and accurate manner.

We do not provide or share information collected with any companies other than our
group companies or business partners, to market their products unless you authorise
us to do so. Even when you do so, these companies are not allowed to use this information
for purposes beyond your specific authorisation. Even when we do share the data
it is mostly in aggregate form and no individual data is shared.
In some situations, however, we are required to or we may provide all information
we collect about you to third parties outside our group companies, including financial
or non-financial companies as permitted by law, such as,

1 To respond to judicial process, regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies;
2 To Consumer reporting agencies;
3 To protect against fraud, money laundering or other risks.

We reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international
law enforcement officials when we believe in good faith that the law requires it,
or when required to, by order of a Court or authorised administrative agency

This is a membership card and not a credit or discount card.
This card must be presented in person.
